1. What does this Privacy Policy cover?
Thanks for choosing Marble Match! This short but complete Privacy Policy walks you through exactly how the app handles your privacy while you play. It has been in effect since 2026/6/29 and applies to anyone who installs the game. We believe you deserve a clear picture, so everything important is laid out for you below.
2. What do these terms mean?
Here are a couple of plain definitions before we dive in. "The App" is Marble Match, the game you are playing. "We" and "us" are the folks who made it. "On-device data" simply means the stuff saved locally on your phone, like your progress and preferences, none of which ever has to leave your hands.
3. What information do we collect?
We do not gather your personal data, full stop. Marble Match works offline on your own device, it never asks you to create an account, and it never sends your information anywhere at all. The very same is true for any children who happen to play, because there is simply no collection happening behind the scenes for anyone.
4. How do we use your information?
We honestly cannot use what we never collect. The only data that exists is your local progress, kept on your device so the game knows where you stopped last time. That is the beginning and end of it, there is no secondary use, no sharing, and no clever analysis going on with anything about you whatsoever.
5. How is your information kept safe?
The safest data is the data that never travels, and yours does not travel anywhere. Everything stays on your device, protected by the same built-in security that guards the rest of your phone. There is no risky trip across the internet for your information to take, because the app simply keeps it all at home with you.
6. On what basis do we process data?
Normally a privacy policy has to list a legal basis for handling your information. Since Marble Match handles none, there is genuinely nothing to base anything on. No consent forms, no legitimate-interest balancing, none of that machinery is needed, because the data those rules are about never gets collected here in the first place.
7. Do we use cookies?
No cookies here, and no sneaky trackers either. The app might use your device's own local storage to remember your settings and where you left off, but that stays right on your phone. It is never sent to us, never shared, and never used to follow you around from one place to another anywhere.
8. What permissions does the app use?
We ask for as little as we possibly can. There is no internet permission, and nothing the app touches is used to gather information about you. Permissions here exist only to power the parts of the game that need them, and that is the beginning and end of their purpose on your device, with nothing extra.
9. Do we share your information with anyone?
There is nothing to hand off, so we do not hand anything off to anyone. Marble Match has no ads and no outside tools, which means no third party ever sees anything about you at all.
The recipients list
- Advertisers: none whatsoever
- Analytics firms: none at all
- Anyone else: none, because nothing is ever collected in the first place
10. Are third-party services involved?
The app does not lean on any outside services to work. Should you follow an external link, you are stepping out of Marble Match and into someone else's space, where their policies apply instead of ours. We cannot speak for how those other sites handle things, so please treat them as completely separate from us.
11. Do we use analytics or ads?
No analytics, and no ads. Marble Match does not measure how you play or try to show you promotions, and there are no ad trackers tucked away inside it. Nothing watches your sessions to build a picture of you, because the whole apparatus for that kind of thing simply is not part of this app at all.
12. How long is anything kept?
We hold no records at all, anywhere. Your save data sticks around on your device only for as long as you want it to, and uninstalling the app wipes it cleanly. Since nothing was ever sent to us, there is no hidden copy waiting somewhere, and there is no retention schedule for you to think about either.
13. Is the app safe for children?
If a child plays Marble Match, nothing about them is collected, exactly as with an adult. There is no account, no data, and nothing sent anywhere. Parents do not have to manage consent settings or worry about hidden tracking, because the app genuinely gathers nothing from any player at all, regardless of their age or location.
14. What rights do you have?
You have rights like access and deletion under privacy laws, and here they are easy to exercise, because we keep nothing about you. There is simply nothing on our side to hand over or erase. If you ever have a question about your data or your rights, just email us at kukisum.jixi68@gmail.com and we will gladly help.
15. Do you honor Do Not Track?
Do Not Track signals are basically beside the point for Marble Match. There is no tracking going on, so there is nothing for the signal to stop. You can leave the setting on or off as you prefer, it will not matter here, because the app was never watching where you go or what you do anyway.
16. How will you hear about changes?
If we ever change this Policy, we will update the date at the top and post the new version right in the app, so you can always tell which version is current. Changes usually just reflect app improvements or new legal requirements, and we will keep them clear rather than burying them in fine print somewhere.
17. How can you reach us?
We are here if you need us. Drop a line to kukisum.jixi68@gmail.com with any privacy question about Marble Match, big or small, and we will do our best to answer clearly. Whether it is about the offline design, your data, or this Policy itself, that inbox is the place to send it whenever you like.
